TWIGs Chickweed Ointment is carefully infused with Calendula, Chickeed and Plantain to add extra herbal protection to irritated skin. Especially good for grazes and rashes.
When seasonally available all oil infusions used are made with fresh, local, wildcrafted herbs.
Ingredients
Organic Olive Oil, Local Beeswax, Stellaria Media (Chickweed), Plantago Lanceolata (Plantain), Calendula Officinalis (Calendula) and Natural Vitamin E.
Botanical Benefits
Stellaria Media -Chickweed- has traditionally been used for itchy and irritated skin (especially dry conditions), rashes, eczema, bites, stings and minor burns.
Plantago Lanceolata -Plantain- is known to many as 'farmers band-aid' which indicates just how good it is for application to wounds, cuts, and scrapes.
Calendula Officinalis -Calendula- has a long history of use to promote healing, great for any skin conditions.
How to use
Apply to dry, itchy, irritated or damaged skin as required.
Storage
Keep below 30*
Caution
Always patch test before use on a small area of skin, in the unlikely event a skin irritation occurs discontinue use immediately.
